Prior to creating the 1000 Year Home Foundation I had spent 20 years as a successful financial planner and most of my financial planning clients had paychecks in excess of $1,000,000. In spite of the fact that they had more money than they would ever personally need in life and they had the ability to do anything that they wanted to do, they all shared that they had an unfulfilled void in their life that they couldn't quite define nor fulfill. We continued to talk about this void during many of our meetings. They all asked the same questions:   "What is this meteoric success all about? How was I able to make so much money? Is there something else in life that I should be doing considering the fact that money holds power and I am now a very powerful person? What is life all about? Who really am I?"

My wealthy clients asked these and other similar questions so often that I began to reflect upon my own life asking the same questions of myself. Why was I a financial success myself at the young age of 38? Was there something more that I came here to do other than to help already wealthy people become richer? I had achieved all of the things I was told I should achieve. I had more than enough money and momentum to carry me for the rest of my life, yet, I too was asking the very same questions my clients had asked me time and time again. In my case, however, I somehow came up with the courage and inner guidance to step out of the business world long enough to actually generate real answers to these questions. None of the wealthy people I counseled ever did. Many of them today have already died taking their void with them.

On Thanksgiving Day, 1989, I left the business world and retreated for seven years to work on gaining answers to these questions and particularly the most important for me: Who Am I? What Did I Come Here to Do With My Life? How Does the Universe Work? Without accurate and true answers to the third question, there was no way I could answer the first two. This was the link that my clients were looking for but were missing and which I was determined to uncover.

7 Years In The Desert Of My Own Self-Exploration

During those incredible seven years in the desert of my own self-exploration, I experienced many things. I studied ancient religions, philosophy, and quantum physics. I was guided to meet many incredible people who had spent entire lifetimes gaining answers to pieces of the overall puzzle that I was trying to digest for myself. I even traveled to India in 1992 seeking specific pieces to assemble the puzzle I was working on. Gradually, I formed my own cosmology of the universe - my own understanding or what might be likened to a file cabinet within which I could put in any reasonable question and take out an accurate and acceptable answer in return.

The most important realization that I gained is that there is an underlying Process that is seeking something from our own existence and our related activities. By clearly delineating and understanding how this Process works, it is then relatively easy to get into alignment with it and allow IT (and not your limited ego) to properly guide your life. This is what I've done and is what I'm suggesting that you experience through my discoveries and my own extensive personal journey. I don't recommend that anyone follow the path I've taken. It was uniquely mine - I've made it much more difficult than it has needed to be while gaining much from my own realizations.

One of the discoveries that I made about my life path is an understanding that I am a pioneer and a teacher. You've heard of the definition of a pioneer haven't you - the person way out front with all of the arrows in their back? That's me. Because of my innate drive to do this work and my ability to surrender and make my own sacrifices, you can gain from my observations without having to take the time or make the same sacrifices and mistakes yourself. You have your own path. Allow me to help you access some extremely important knowledge with which you will be able to carve out your own future direction and follow your own unique path in a much more efficient and powerful way.

All of the great teachers of the past have said in some way "Know Thyself." This suggestion is more important than any of us realize. By understanding and uncovering our true Self and then becoming that, we are able to both lead fulfilled lives as well as contribute to the well being of humanity. Another interesting observation is that there are two realities that exist at any given time in the history of the world. One is the individual point of consciousness - you and me looking out into the world. The other is us as a group, collectively tied together in such a way that what we do affects generations of people way into the future. No matter how much work we do on ourselves, no matter how far from the group we are able to distance and transform our own lives, we are completely and totally connected to the overall consciousness of the group (what Carl Jung calls the Collective Unconscious).

No matter what we do, the group always holds us back to some extent. In reality, you and I and the group at an unknown level of existence are one and the same, and our true task in life is to first become the true I that we came here to become and then to reach out and empower the whole group. We will never be able to graduate from life without taking the group with us. When we learn how to empower other people (and to allow our own egos to take a backseat) and be guided by our intuitive inner guidance - only then will we be doing exactly what we came here to do. Only then will we reach total and complete fulfillment or the level of Bliss that my wealthy clients were trying to define and capture for themselves but never did.

Money by itself will not make a person happy - but a prosperity consciousness coupled with a holistic approach to living held by that same person will bring forth joy, peace, harmony, balance, poise, confidence, contentment and freedom from the fear of lack - in addition being able to access the inherent power to attract tangible supply. Money without the consciousness for it is not a proper objective. Rather, true prosperity should be our goal and riches of all kinds a secondary result that naturally comes to us by maintaining a correct, natural, and life enhancing state of consciousness and relationship with out outer world.

To participate in a truly prosperous life, we must first develop a full understanding that there is a Source, Energy, or a Supreme Being that provides the entire background and foundation for attainment of our all-sufficiency of supply in all things. Coming directly from this Source is an underlying Process that is alive, fully definable, and which provides us with a roadmap of where we've come from and to where we are headed. How Abundant Can You Be?

How prosperous can you be? As prosperous as you think you can be or as wealthy as your contentment level allows you. Contemplate that for a while while you also realize that most people are content in just getting by - and if that is as far as their consciousness has expanded, then so be it. They have made that choice.

But, if you would like to change your circumstances, you can achieve the total freedom provided by financial independence if you choose it and then work to uplift your consciousness to accommodate that level of completeness. When you realize the presence of the Source within you, that realization becomes a true holistic experience - one with which you can literally create heaven upon earth. It is this rightful consciousness that you should be seeking and which is the focus of our Manifestation Process Course.

Important Key: The first and primary key to achieving true abundance is to never take from others. Rather, instead, give fully and completely of yourself while guided by an internal and rightful consciousness.

If you instead take the position of becoming a powerful ego where money is your goal and competition with everything around you your game, then abundance will never find its way into your heart even though it may line your pockets. There will always remain a gaping hole where even when possessing the greatest riches you remain unfulfilled. Many of my richest clients have ended up in this very position at the end of their lives. Fully competent, fully powerful, but unfortunately still the centers of their own self-created universe wondering if there is more to life.

When you learn how the Manifestation Process as described by the Arc of Creation actually works, you will find that we are at the gateway of a massive transformational shift in global human consciousness. We are moving from the Information Age into another era which can be initially described as the Age of Creativity and Intuition. Even though the transformational period between the two will be chaotic and stressful for most people, it is both a time for cleansing as well as a period of tremendous personal potential for those who learn how to navigate through it properly.

Always remember that your desires are first fulfilled in consciousness, and then they come forth in the outer world clothed with materiality. Because this natural law operates in this way without exception, you cannot wait until you possess the visible form to express your gratitude or you will delay the entire process, or perhaps even cancel it out altogether.  Being thankful for the visions that come through your intuitive center and knowing that you are a part of a larger Process is a key component of the Manifestation Process and one which needs to be demonstrated naturally to be able to move abundance from a vision that is within to possession of substance in your world without.

Also, remember that the Source will always meet you on the level where you are in consciousness (no matter what your spiritual development or personal belief system). It will not reach beyond your own consciousness and place abundance in your life if you do not already possess an abundant consciousness. You still have your part to play in the Process. The greater your sense of separation from the Source, the greater your activity on the physical plane must be. You will not benefit from an inherent Grace that exists within the Source if you are separated and poorly Connected.

A key part of learning how to manifest requires that you become able to develop your own natural Connection and greatly expand your intuition and creativity. This is why I spend a reasonable amount of time early in the Manifestation Process Course working with and helping you to understand what I call The Arc of Creation - an actual mapping of the movement of consciousness through various stages of creation. What fuels the Arc of Creation is what I would call a Purposiveness - an actual Desire that is seeking something through the evolutionary process of life itself. When you begin to sense and understand the workings of this background Purposiveness, you will be able to gain a stronger and more authenticate Connection with life around you.

A required textbook used in this course is the hardcover edition of The Reflexive Universe by Arthur M. Young. This book is available for sale on our Course Members web site and is the reference material that I want all course members to have access to as I share the course curriculum and make page references to material in this book. I am using the hard cover version because I suspect that you will end up underlining, reading and re-reading this book for many years to come and a paperback copy will fall apart well before you part with the book.

The Arc of Creation that I share does not require that you believe in anything nor does it challenge existing religious or spiritual beliefs. Rather it provides a documented scientific look at life that allows you to develop a systematic understanding of energy and related forces as they occur in the natural world. Science today is beginning to confirm many of our ancient spiritual philosophies and their assumptions through the work of quantum physics and other modern scientific disciplines. Life is showing itself in ways that are logical, rational, dependable, and consistent. The Manifestation Process

An individual's consciousness is in reality an individualized Energy Field - a force field of concentrated energy that ultimately is connected with that of our Source. If an individual is not enjoying an abundant life in all respects (health as well as material prosperity as well as the other good things in life), the vibrations within this energy field are out of tune with the underlying vibrational field of all of existence. When these frequencies are raised to the proper vibrational quality, consciousness becomes harmonically balanced and wholeness and well-being become present in a person's life and affairs.

All visible forms, events and experiences are created out of invisible substance which gradually becomes visibly present. The Process in which this operates can be called The Manifestation Process. Your understanding of this Process will allow you to gain access to the ability to guide, nurture and focus your spiritual energies to ultimately fulfill your own life's purpose.

In the early stages of learning to work with this Process, you will tend to allow your ego to do your desiring and choosing for you.
